Mainly inspired by a Judeo-Christian lens, we lead korero (talks) on the sacredness of work, including topics on:

  • The theology of work - (what is work? why do we work? why is work difficult? etc.)

  • What ancient texts, whakataukī (proverbs) and tohunga (experts) tell us about the meaning and purpose of work

  • The evolution and development of work amongst Te Tiriti (the Treaty of Waitangi) partners in Aotearoa

  • Finding your work vocation or calling, whether in a whanau (family), secular or ministerial setting

  • Exploring the pūrākau (stories) and teachings of inspirational workers within history

  • Balancing your mahi (work) within all the rhythms of life

  • How tane (men) and wahine (women) are biologically designed to work

  • Using our mana (influence) at work and our haumāuiui (achievements) for the flourishment of our hapori (communities)

  • What are the tika (right) ethics and practices at work, for our kaimahi (workers), rangatira (leaders) and hoariri (opponents)

Our presentations are provided in different formats catered to your needs, including lectures, facilitated discussions, small groups, karakia (prayers) and meditations etc. Topics can be requested to be presented from a Te Ao Maori perspective as well.
